SUMMARY

Spirituality is living life as it was meant to be, not as we desire to live it. Living a life of choice is not the forte for all human beings.

WHAT TO DO

Below are a series of sections to complete and some tips to remember. These are designed to help you stay mindful of your health journey. So please start here:


  • ​Try answering the questions (remember to be honest and objective as possible)
  • Say the affirmation to yourself every morning this week.
  • You are allowed to seek the truth. Whatever your spiritual beliefs are, you could do your research on other beliefs to understand their systems and whom they worship. You’re not obliged to waywardly join any form of belief but, the truth will find you and when conviction touches your heart, be sure to answer it.
