True self-love is independent and whole; never seeking outside of itself because it is always giving back to itself.

You will never enjoy the benefits of this other relationship either until you realize the wholeness that lies within. How do you expect a whole individual to desire to live with and stand by you while you believe yourself to be half-worthy or lesser than?

  • ​Try answering the questions (remember to be honest and objective as possible)
  • ​Say the affirmation to yourself every morning this week.
  • ​If you are disturbed by someone, look into them and see what is within yourself that is so annoying.

  • When you delude yourself into thinking that you’re lacking something and attempt to fulfill yourself outside of yourself, you will often be surrounded by emotionally unavailable people.
