Family is important because of the love and support it offers. You could survive without friends but without a family, it will be a little hard.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Family is the first form of relationship we have with other people. And just like it is the first, it is the most important of all relationships and it demands investment to keep it strong.
In this section, we'll talk about how we can strengthen our relationships with people mindfully.
WHAT TO DO
- Try answering the questions (remember to be honest and objective as possible)
- Say the affirmation to yourself every morning this week.
- You can strengthen your relationship by calling, texting and visiting them. The same applies for friendships and relationships with clients. You have to invest time and show them that you care by sending them occasionally gifts or connecting through emails or social media. You can also strengthen your relationship by opening yourself up to them so that you can share interests and concerns.

Here are some tips that can help you best achieve your goal for this module. Don't rush your progress but be mindful of what works best for you and stick with it.
- Whatever you put your focus and energy into will return back to you. You will instantly attract more positive things into your life if you focus on the abundance of good things in your life.
