SUMMARY
Keeping fit is about being interconnected with your physical, emotional, and mental health. You can't have one without the other and for this module, we'll be discussing in-depth why each of these three play a pivotal role in creating a more mindful you.
WHAT TO DO
Below are a series of sections to complete and some tips to remember. These are designed to help you stay mindful of your health journey. So please start here:
- Complete the worksheet below called One Week Health Challenge
- Try answering the questions (remember to be honest and objective as possible)
- Say the affirmation to yourself every morning this week.
- Endeavor to have frequent medical checkups to assess your overall health.
- Exercise at least three times a week for general body wellness.
