Lesson 1: Overview

We often get so caught up with everything that's happening around us that we become unbalanced and lose our focus. We become less mindful and often have this empty and nagging feeling that something is wrong but we're not aware of what exactly it is. When this happens we don't feel good and we don't perform and act our best. Your confidence takes a hit and our awareness becomes blinded by our fears and worries. I've been at this stage many times and have seen many others do the same. This is why I've designed a course called The Mindful Yess 


In this course, you will learn how to mindfully evaluate and redesign your life by focusing on the following:

  • Spirituality


It may sound basic but these are the fundamental elements that make up our life. Each one has a significant impact on how we function on a daily basis and oftentimes we are unaware just how much of an effect they have on our future. We aim to tackle this and more in this course by giving you practical and real-life knowledge with comprehensive worksheets, and more!
