SUMMARY

Do not allow yourself to become a doormat for anyone. Understand love first. It is the only way to experience freedom and happiness under the sun.

Love is power, but we don’t see it as such. We associate it with being used. Everyone is afraid of being used.


In this section, we'll go over all our common misconceptions about love and why we have a hard time breaking away from them.

  • ​Complete the worksheet below called OUR MISCONCEPTION OF LOVE.
  • Try answering the questions (remember to be honest and objective as possible)
  • ​Say the affirmation to yourself every morning this week.
  • ​Take a day off for yourself and practice self care. Whether it is getting a spa day or going shopping alone or with friends, treat yourself to nice things because you deserve this. Do this quite often and elevate your moods.

  • Be willing to give and accept love. The universe is always serving you so try and understand that you will often experience love even when you’re not conscious of it.
